  • Defective items on arrival.
  • Different colored item than actual ordered item.
  • Fit or the product is not optimal (only 1 time)

Items not acceptable under replacement policy

  • Customer doesn’t like product for any reasons.
  • Wanted to order different product and placed order for different product.
  • Want a different product than the actual one.
