SK Diam deals in lab-grown diamonds (CVD/HPHT) and/or natural diamonds, as clearly mentioned on each product page.
Diamond certification details (IGI, GIA or other laboratories) are provided as issued by the respective certifying authority. SK Diam does not modify or guarantee grading outcomes.
Minor variations in carat weight (±0.01–0.02 ct), dimensions, color perception or appearance under different lighting conditions are normal and industry-accepted.
Diamonds are precision products. Once delivered, they are non-returnable and eligible only for exchange, subject to quality control (QC) verification as per our Exchange Policy.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. SK Diam reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion. An order is confirmed only after payment is received and order acceptance is communicated.
Orders once accepted cannot be cancelled.
In case of order modification, delay or cancellation by SK Diam, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
All purchases are governed strictly by our Exchange Policy.
For B2B, wholesale or bulk orders, separate terms may apply and will be communicated in writing. Such orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
